| | The Standard Prequalification Document can be downloaded free of cost from the portal. (website) http://pwd.cgeprocurement.gov.in directly and shall be submitted online only after making the payment of Bid submission fees online, but cost of the same Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) {Non Refundable} in shape of D.D. drawn in favour of E.E. PWD Bhanupratappur Division Bhanupratappur and payable at S.B.I. Bhanupratappur shall have to be submitted along with P.Q. documents in separate envelop.
All bid related activities (Process) like P.Q. document Download, Bid Prepration and Hash Submission and submission of Bid Security and other documents will be governed by the time schedule given under 'Key Dates' below :-

| | The bids of the contractors have to be digitally signed by the Digital Certificate of the Contractor before submitting the bids online.
NOTE :-
1- In case the tenderer(s) is/are not registered in appropriate class of contractors in Chhattisgarh Public Works Department he/they may also participate in the P.Q. after completing registration on web site http://cgeprocurement.gov.in / through departments Sub Portal: http://pwd.cgeprocurement.gov.in. In case the competent authority accepts the tender of such tenderer, he will be required to get registered himself in appropriate class of contractors in chhattisgarh Public Works Department with in 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of issue of acceptance letter. If such tenderer fails to get him self registered in specified time, his Bid Security shall be forfeited. No claims on this regard shall be entertained and decision of Engineer-In-Chief shall be final.
2- It is mandatory to submit the details of Bid Security through Online at the time of submission of financial bid.
3- A clarification meeting will be held on 31.07.10 at 15.30 to 17.00 in the Office of the Engineer-In-Chief PWD Sirpur Bhawan, Raipur [time date and place] at which prospective applicants may request clarification of the Project requirements and the criteria for qualification.
4- Before the deadline for submission of Prequalification document, the E-In-C, PWD, Raipur may modify the Prequalification document by issuing amendment.
5- Any amendment thus issued shall be part of the Prequalification document and shall be published on web site.
6- The authorized committee will open the envelope containing pre qualification document received (except those received late) in the presence of the tender(s)/representatives who choose to attend at the time, date and place specified in the Notice inviting tender.
7- a) Cess @ 1% (One percent) shall be deducted at source, from every bill of the contractor by the Executive engineer under “Building and other construction for workers welfare, cess act 1996.
b) It is mandatory for the contractor(S) to get himself/themselves registered with C.G. Building & Other construction welfare Board and enclose a true copy of such registration certificate alongwith the tender, otherwise his/their tender shall not be considered for qualification.
The authorized committee will prepare minutes of the pre qualification opening and shortlist/approve the qualified tenderers.
All the bidders are required to submit Envelope 'A' physically containing the following:
1- Attested copy of Registration certificates in C.G. PWD if any.
2- P.Q. document (as applicable for the work) along with the Standard Bidding Documents.
3- Cost of S.P.D. and S.B.D. Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) {Non Refundable} in shape of D.D drawn in favor of E.E. PWD Bhanupratappur Division Bhanupratappur and payable at S.B.I. Bhanupratappur in separate envelop.
4- Copy of registration with C.G. Building & Other construction welfare Board
Envelope-A should be submitted only through Registered Post/Speed Post so as to reach in the Office of the Chief Engineer MORT & H, Govt. of India, Transport Bhawan NO-I Parliament Street, New Dehli 110 001 upto the date and time mentioned above. For any postal delay the department shall not be responsible.
